The Majority Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly and the representative of the Ikorodu Constituency I, Hon Sanai Agunbiade, his counterpart in Constituency II, Hon. Nurudeen Solaja and other Assembly members-elect on Friday received their certificates of return
Hon. Agunmbiade, who contested on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), secured 23, 488 votes to win the March 9 election and would be representing the Ikorodu Constituency from 2019 to 2023.
Hon Agunbiade was first elected to represent the people of Ikorodu between 2007 and 2011and has since then secured the people’s mandate for two more terms between 2011 and 2015 as well as 2015 to 2019.
His Constituency counterpart, Hon. Solaja won the election for the second term with 16, 338 votes.
