The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Lagos East senatorial Candidate, Princess Abiodun Oyefusi on Sunday, November 11, 2018, visited the Ayangbure of Ikorodu, His Royal Majesty, Oba Kabiru Shotobi to receive royal blessings
During the visit, the PDP Chairman, Lagos Senatorial District, Mr Taiwo Benedict, formally presented the Princess of Ikorodu Kingdom to the monarch as the party’s flag bearer for the Lagos East Senatorial contest in the forthcoming 2019 General election

The Ayangbure described Princess Oyefusi as his daughter while given her the royal blessings
He said he was glad to receive Princess Oyefusi and her party chieftains and supporters in his palace and thanked the PDP for choosing her to contest the Lagos East Senatorial Seat
