-Says he is better positioned for Ikorodu’s development
The first Executive Secretary and first Chairman of the Ikorodu North Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Prince (Hon) Adekunle Ogunbela, has endorsed the incumbent representative of Ikorodu Constituency I and the Majority Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanai Agunbiade for another term.
The former council boss openly declared his support for the lawmaker during the inaugural summit of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Youths in Ikorodu North LGA.
Speaking at the summit, Hon. Ogunbela stated that Hon. Agubiade is the best man for the job and that the party should support him for another term.
He predicated his endorsement for Hon. Agunbiade on his regular feedback programme during which he intimates his constituents on his representation activities and his sterling performances.
“Hon. Agunbiade is the best man for the job. He should be allowed to represent us for another term at the Lagos State House of Assembly.
“He is the most strategically positioned person in Ikorodu division since we now have one cabinet member and sending him back would gurrantee that Ikorodu’s position is maintained among the decision makers in the state.
“We have been sending him to represent us and he has been performing and reporting back to us.
Hon.Ogunbela also commended the lawmaker for attending the summit despite his tight schedules.
“This is rare and commendable of an honourable to attend meeting with the youths. We are privilege to have him in your midst. He always identify with development activities.
“Hon. Agunbiade is dependable, responsive and responsible”.
Hon. Ogunbela addressing the participants at the summit, commended the youths for organising the summit and urged them not to join anyone in fomenting trouble.
At the summit were Hon. Matthew Adesanya, a Chieftain of APC, APC Youth leaders across the division, Hon. Olu Omoniyi, Ward Chairman in Ikorodu, Hon. Aro, the Councilor representing Odogunyan, Hon., the former Council Leader, Ikorodu North LCDA and Alhaji Olalekan Murisiku, former Majority Leader, Lagos State Youths Assembly and former Chairmanship aspirant in Ikorodu North LCDA among others.
