iCare FoodBank
iCare FoodBank is an initiative of iCare Foundation of Hon. Babajimi Benson, a nonprofit charitable organization that buys food and grocery products and redistributes the items in a bag called ‘AAPO AANU or ‘MERCY BAG’ to individuals and vulnerable families in need within Ikorodu Federal Constituency.
Come October 16, 2017, the Foundation will be celebrating one year (1year) of uninterrupted monthly distribution of the Apo Aanu bag. Over 10,000 people had been fed through the programme and in continuation of the programme, members of the public are invited to nominate someone within Ikorodu Division that is in dire need, who is either Elderly, Single Parent, Widow or Physically Challenged for the November batch of the Food ration.
